DPACA was established in 1942 with a vision to create a brighter future for orphaned and vulnerable children. Our journey began with a group of passionate individuals who shared a common belief: that every child deserves love, care, and the opportunity to thrive. United by this conviction, we set out to build an organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support and a nurturing environment for children in need.

In 1982, DPACA reached another significant milestone in our mission to empower orphaned and vulnerable children. Recognizing the need to equip our youth with practical skills for a self-sufficient future, we launched our Vocational Training Program.
